My first Reiki session

I've just treated my coworker who has been walking around with a migraine all week. During the session she opened her eyes once and saw dull white lights circling her eyes. After the session she began to yawn a lot and said she felt very, very relaxed, "almost high" (her words). We did this session while she sat in her chair and it took about 10 minutes. Not sure of her level of pain post treatment as her shift ended and she left.
